Expectation is good... but please face the facts: There is no gtkhtml3.6*deb library package AFAIKS. There is a dozen libgtkhtml3.6-* packages, and my experience with the maintainers before was that all versions with a - in the name cannot be relied on. Please tell the maintainers to make one single version of 3.6 that they promise to keep in Debian for longer than 3-4 weeks.
