Justification: causes non-serious data loss


The standard setting of "1" for BATT_HD_POWERMGMT correspondends to
"aggressive power management" (HDPARM(8)) and spins down the hdd too often.
This can damage hdds.

I ask you to put a saver default there like
BATT_HD_POWERMGMT=127
