I'm not sure that's sufficient. There's nothing preventing buildd
maintainers from having blas packages permanently installed (especially
on slower arches, this can happen for often used packages).

So, I can't be sure that a buildd is really installing blas vs upgrading
it. I guess we need a fixed blas package first.
