Package: udev
Version: 151-3
Severity: minor

man page states:
WAIT_FOR
  Wait for a file to become available.

At udev-rules.c:2138
found = (wait_for_file(event->dev, filename, 10) == 0);

So it seems that it always has a 10 second timeout.
