First, I'm sorry but I was wrong to assume that kazehakase need libgtkembedmoz.so. Kazehakase does not need libgtkembedmoz.so anymore in recent release. And it only needs libxpcom.so etc which are already provided by mozilla-firefox package. So all needed is a development package.
