These two are the same file, I corrected that.

I don't intend to correct this, as the NEWS file documents changes made
from one version to another: in the 1.0.5-1 version, the file was named
80-*. The NEWS.Debian file is useful when updating testing/unstable
machines; but usb-modeswitch{,-data} packages have never been in a stable
release, so there is IMHO no point in correcting history (and a new
NEWS.Debian entry doesn't seem worth it).
