Package: apt-cacher Version: 1.6.4 Severity: normal If Apache is installed, the "/usr/share/apt-cacher/install.pl" script (invoked by postinst) creates a symlink to "cgi.load" in "mods-enabled" thereby enabling "mod_cgi". However, if "apache2-mpm-worker" is installed then "mod_cgid" must be used instead of "mod_cgi". The "a2enmod"/"a2dismod" commands automatically select the correct one.
In any case, perhaps it might be better if "apt-cacher" didn't automatically enable CGI (or instead make it a debconf option)? It isn't critical to the operation of the package and CGI mode isn't recommended according to the man page.
