Hello,
you have specified Vcs-{Svn, Browser} in your control file, but they point to
the upsteam repository (while they have to point to where the packaging code is
hosted) and they require authentication before being able to eith checkout or
even see with a browser.
Please, either fix them to point to the vcs where the packaging is hosted (if
there is one) or remove them.
