Dear Vincent Bernat, After updating to 0.3.1-5 the BAD HEADER messages returned (after my manual fix). Is there something else changed within roundcube? I can confirm that the /var/lib/roundcube/program/steps/mail/sendmail.inc does contain the fix proposed from the trunk (see my first bugpost). Have you tested 0.3.1-5 to work well with amavis/postfix?
