Bug#601944: Acknowledgement (wicd: ntpdate is not executed?)

Well, after some more debugging (putting some debug statements into the script) 
it seems that the ntpdate dhcp hook script is actually run when wicd connects... 
So then I'm at a loss as to why the time was not set until I used network-manager.
