retitle 602004 ITP: python-protobuf.socketrpc -- Python implementation of socket RPC functionality using Google protocol buffers thanks
After the discussion with upstream we decided to rename the module
from protobuf to protobuf.socketrpc. According to Debian's Python
policy the package will be named python-protobuf.socketrpc.
