Package: links2
Version: 2.3~pre1-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

The bug itill is not fixed indeed. No utf8 in encodings list is proposed. No
option proposed.

To workaround this, because as squeeze, utf8 becomes neerly mandatory to use
Gnome with accessibility tools,
the solution is what follows: you need enter the following:

$ luit -encoding your_locale_utf8 links2

See the name of the locale with the "locale" command. For French users, it
would be:

$ luit -encoding fr_FR.UTF-8 links2

Regards,
