Can you provide a simple way of reproducing the bug? I mean, a step by step way of reproducing the problem you have. I've successfully created an RSS file with namespaces in it, and edited another one, too. I mean, the dialog for introducing a new element, haves 3 fileds, and the first two are for namespaces.
