I can try to create patch but from what I found it seems that
default debian config file doesn't use debian directory config way.
There is only file /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf so we cannot do it
same way as in rsyslog with rsyslog.d

I can modify logrotate script to invoke rsyslog rotate only if
rsyslog is available. Maybe we can just add relevant part of
syslog-ng config file to docs.

As syslog-ng supports including dir, I can try to fill bugreport to
syslog-ng package with wish to change configuration to syslog-ng.d
way and adjust it later.

Just leave this bug open or close it and I will fill new bug report
with patch when I have some time to do it.
