Bug#617378: This bug affects the LyX document processor

LyX uses xindy to make indexes, the effect of the bug is that no index 
is produced.

Simple workaround for users:
apt-get install clisp=1:2.48-3
This downgrades clisp, and then the indexes works as they should.
