Dear Nicolas,
working on the translation of the manpages package I encountered the
following problem:
- a po file without fuzzy strings,
- calling po4a-translate fails with something that can be roughly
translated as "translation
of $name discarded, only $num translated, need $limit".
I'm afraid it's an encoding issue (character with wrong encoding). I
remember to have had
similar problems working on the iso-8859-*.7 manpages.
The problem can be reproduced with the two files attached. I run squeeze.

Die Übersetzung von termcap-with-error.5 wird verworfen (nur 37.5%
übersetzt; brauche 80%)
