I believe this change (to depend on python-twisted-{core,web,conch}
instead of python-twisted) might cause a regression. The problem is
that the .tac files used by 'twistd' when starting a node include a
call to
pkg_resources.require('twisted')
which will fail if the full twisted package is not installed.
A user hit this problem when they manually installed the tahoe-lafs
deb and the broken-up twisted packages:

Please hold off applying this change until we've investigated more
thoroughly.
