libdrm-intel now depends on libpciaccess, plymouth depends on libdrm-intel, and so on. The -dev package shouldn't be marked as multiarch; the i386 package is not parallel installable with the amd64 package as they both ship /usr/include. In general, my understanding is that -dev packages should not be multiarched (yet). I should apparently also read Debian bug reports more often. I'd just pushed a dh7 cleanup branch which also adds multiarch to the debian-experimental git branch before reading this mail.
