Package: ftp.debian.org I'm not sure if this would be done automatically or not. In either case, here is an explanation in case manual intervention is needed.
The source package "diffutils-doc" is obsolete and may/should be removed from unstable, as the binary package "diffutils-doc" is now generated from the "diffutils" source package (as of version 1:3.2). This move is the result of a license relaxation in the manual for upstream diffutils. Previously it was GFDL with front-cover and back-cover texts, which was not dfsg-free, so diffutils-doc was generated from a "forked" source which was still dfsg-free and contained only the manual in texinfo format.
