reopen #441613 thanks Hello Christian, looking at the Testing version of the man page, several issues stated are still present. Since no version was given upon closure and IMHO the version in Sid is the same, these issues are mostly not fixed. Not fixed. The quotes used are not German ones at all:
“install”.
It would either be »install« or ,,install”.

Once aptitude becomes l10n friendly, I'm sure debian-l10n will help
fixing those issues.
