Sorry, I disagree, at least looking at most of my use cases. Imagine, you have a big text editor window running in full-screen, then you open a (small) xterm and copy-paste random lines from it into your editor. Guess what happens with you work model... right, you will be alt-tab-ing all the time or looking for the other window in the taskbar.
