Package: libpgpool0

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'squeeze'.
It installed fine in 'squeeze', then the upgrade to 'wheezy' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
replaces relation.

See policy 7.6 at
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#s-replaces

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

  Selecting previously unselected package libpgpool0.
  Unpacking libpgpool0 (from .../libpgpool0_3.1.1-1_amd64.deb) ...
  dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libpgpool0_3.1.1-1_amd64.deb
(--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/libpcp.so.0.0.0', which is also in package
pgpool2 1.3-2

cheers,

Andreas
