Upon upgrading from 1.4.442+0.20110729-1 to 1.4.463+0.20120113-1 browsing e.g., http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/reference.html and then clicking on the link to #Circle does no longer take me there. The cursor doesn't move. But it will move for you: of course the bug is only observable if one loads my http://jidanni.org/comp/configuration/ something in which is not compatible with the new version or something.
