Package: googleearth-package
Version: 0.7.0
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
I recently upgraded from Debian 6.0.3 to testing.
With running testing (Wheezy), I tried to install Google Earth with
the Package "googleearth-package".
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
make-googleearth-package
# No errormessage - generating googleearth_6.0.3.2197+0.7.0-1_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i googleearth_6.0.3.2197+0.7.0-1_amd64.deb
   * What was the outcome of this action?
# Broken package - configuration failed due to missing dependencies
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
# I would have expected everything to be installable ... on my system
# I did the following to correct the situation:
synaptic # removing broken package, installing required packages:
         # libfreeimage3 and lsb-core
sudo dpkg -i googleearth_6.0.3.2197+0.7.0-1_amd64.deb
# No it installed without errors and worked well ...
=> I would recommend to add the 2 packages
      libfreeimage3
   and
      lsb-core
   to the dependencies of googleearth-package.

Kindest regards,

Jochen
