please update the override file for libcgal-ipelets_3.9-2_amd64.deb: package says section is non-free/graphics, override says non-free/libs. I believe the section was incorrectly chosen when the package was first created. Section "libs" is described as ""Libraries to make other programs work. They provide special features to developers." which doesn't apply here. The package contains plugins for ipe, which is also in section graphics. BTW the paragraph about the subject in the override disparity mail could be improved. There's no clue whether the current or new section/priority should be used.
