-k is *the* debsign option, used much more often than -m or the
others. Similary, -k is also supported by dpkg-buildpackage, adding
the option would make the dcut interface more consistent with the
other build/archive tools.

Having to say "DEBSIGN_KEYID=0x12345678 dcut ..." is way uglier than
"dcut -k0x12345678 ...".

Policy 9.9 (Environment variables) does not really apply here, but
dcut -k would support the spirit "no more environment variables".

I'd really appreciate if -k was added to dcut.
