considering the amount of work needed in order to get the good old aqbanking-tool binary into Debian as a separate package (packaging libgwenhywfar twice, packaging libchipcard twice), and the amount of work needed in order to keep all these packages in a good shape, I decided to NOT packaging it. Thus I will deprecate the package aqbanking-tool by providing a transitional empty package depending on aqbanking-tools.
