Concerning the dependency on ocaml-nox-3.10.0: indeed it is not really needed. It has actually been fixed for a while, but not uploaded since we are in a middle of a migration...
Concerning the non-installability of ocaml-nox-3.10.0: this is normal, since we are in a middle of a migration... Just add testing to your sources or wait for a while.
