Summarizing a discussion on #debian-ocaml of this afternoon. ocsigen-doc is blocking the transition (together with its buildd friends) since until the package with the bogus dependency is in testing, the new OCaml can't enter as it will break ocsigen-doc. Being arch:all the scheduled binNMU of ocsigen-doc won't do any better. So I'm going to do a sourceful upload of ocsigen in a few hours. To avoid having ocsigen FTBFS on the archs which are still missing ocamlnet, Julien is going to ask for a dep-wait on those archs to the release team.
