| I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question.

I regret for being too terse. The bug reporter is referring to DFSG

   http://www.debian.org/social_contract.html#guidelines

   2.Source Code

The program must include source code, and must allow distribution
in source code as well as compiled form.

which means that the PS file is not the source form that would allow
editing. Further, the *.ps file contains comment which effectively
makes it non-free for distribution:

% Copyright (c) 1985,1987 Adobe Systems Incorporated. All Rights Reserved.

The easiest route would be as follows:

    - Remove *.ps files from original wiggle-N.N.tar.gz package
    - Move *.ps to new package wiggle-N.N-extra-doc.tar.gz package

This way the Debian could continue distributing Wiggle (source
package) easily, without the problematic *.ps file.

Could you separate the *.ps from the original sources to an extra
package and make an 0.9.1 release?

Thanks,
Jari
