python-heatclient 0.2.2-2 fails to build from source in a clean chroot since it depends on python-argparse which no longer exists in either unstable or testing. http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/argparse/news/20130521T072110Z.html says that apparently that functionality is built into python 2.7.
