Hi,

Thanks for submitting this bug. After asking upstream, it doesn't seem
to be a big issue, we just need a small patch to get into python-migrate:

http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/python-migrate.git/commit/?id=603ed1d1

I'll try to work it out asap, and fix the dependency in Quantum.
