Hi Ralf,

After checking, python-quantum does *not* depend on a specific version
of python-sqlalchemy. It has a non-versionned depends. IMO, the issue is
on the dpendencies of python-quantum, which I'm fixing. I have just
uploaded a fix for python-migrate so that it works with SQLAlchemy >=
0.8, if that was what you were referring to.
