Thank you for the feedback. I'll try to finish the patch early next week. I've missed that the support for paletted video formats was re-added later. The commits for the planar audio formats are cab519f37045ec405d4b6539d232dfaea13def80, e092f3d41183e9e901c0f86961124d237a82895e, 1bec18edce7b7cf639807218dc0f12dc590ae306 and cb9e40ff4c78014a336b77bd2b142e12758106ef or are there more?
