This is a problem with gccxml, and it seems to be already fixed in their upstream: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.science.robotics.rock.devel/4578 Considering that itk 4.6 is just around the corner, I'd suggest to get a new gccxml version packed (... wait for swig 3.0 to get into sid - which will be needed for the python bindings) and then work with this new ITK version to get this bug closed.
