Hi Vincent! Is it possible that you have manually enabled the constraint block at /etc/openntpd/ntpd.conf configuration file? If that's the case, do know that this is disabled at build time (due to missing libressl's libtls support at debian at this time). This is more verbosely prompted on some changes that should have entered yesterday but can't yet understand why they didn't.
