I tried now with installing the devuan version which is without linking to systemd. That works well and no problems came up. So, I want to endorse Axels question. There is no reason why ps (and liprocps) should be linked against libsystemd. Additionally, I tried first to go back in time with procps from snapshot, but it seems that the linkin of libsystemd seems to be long time ago. (After jessie, although.)
