Thanks for the backtrace, the problem in slotEmptyMessageTimer() is known and was fixed about 5 months ago. We seem to have forgotten the backport to digiKam-7.x.x when I look at the history. Only with digiKam-8.0.0 will the problem no longer occur. -- Rainer Dorsch http://bokomoko.de/
