a) the license situation for v3 is not as clear cut as v2 because of
the gracenote stuff IIRC
b) it's an old bit of software - probably the only real use for it is
for people with CD changers which generally aren't well supported by
most CD players. Integration with gnome and KDE for exampe are IIRC
non-existant
c) lack of time and effort on my behalf (definitely biggest problem)
d) my uploads are currently bouncing and I havn't had any response
from ftp-admins as to why this is happening
e) you are more than welcome to submit a patch

Regarding WNPP, that could apply for alot of packages - I'm not sure
it'd help much - people can see the bugs and are always welcome to do
NMUs.
