No, the bug is in F-Spot -- libgphoto2_port.so.0 is the library itself, meant to be used by existing compiled programs, and libgphoto2_port.so is the symlink that's only meant to be used for compiling new programs against the library. F-Spot should be looking for libgphoto2_port.so.0.
