Sorry. My mailer is not set correctly. (this is intentional, but for something not related to this discussion). Actually I set it back to -1 because some mail servers are directly rejecting mails that are not encoded with the charsets they understand. Those are proprietary mailers, btw, which I won't publicize by naming them. W.
