Is there an underlying reason why the wanna-build management for all
architectures needs to happen on ftp-master? Speaking as an outsider,
I would expect that this task was relatively independent for each
architecture. Would it be a feasible long-range plan to let each
architecture have its own wanna-build running on some machine that can
sustain the load? If not, why not?
