I'm saying you must make sure you can get bug reports from users. For example, if you occasionally filter a message, but in such a way that the user can tell that they have been filtered, and in such a way that it isn't going to be every message from them which gets filtered, then the user can send a second message saying, "hey, my email got filtered!" which you will receive.
