I'd love to see people migrating to Arch (and you get the added benefit of GPG-signed commit, if you want to talk from a security-related perspective), but making a more secure CVS (if they really manage to do that) will probably be a _lot_ easier than migrating the entire world to Arch, and thus give increased security quite a lot in the meantime.
