I think this description vastly understates the difference. Emacs has seen a huge number of non-UI-related changes since 20.7 -- certainly most of the changes are in the details (the basic editing paradigm remains the same :-), but there are a _lot_ of them. -Miles -- Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball.
