Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for the patch. I have reviewed it after returning from vacation and it seems fine, at least at first glance. I will apply the patch when I get around to working on GCC again. I'll do that after Etch is released; now everything is frozen anyway. > By the way, my initial attempt at this didn't work because it turns > out that we're using debhelper compatibility level 4, which changes > the semantics of the --dbg-package option rather significantly. Right; I was aware that we used level 4, but not of the changes that implied. Thanks for investigating and warning us ahead of the transition to level 5. > Is there anything else I need to do for this bug? No; just wait until I've applied the patch and Matthias decides to upload (gnat uploads are coordinated with gcc and gcj). BTW, would you consider joining Debian as a maintainer? I'm looking for co-maintainers for Ada packages. Be warned that the process of becoming a full Debian developer is a multi-year one :/ but you can contribute without being a DD, as you just proved. -- Ludovic Brenta. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
