Lintian raises one error and a lot of pedantic hints because of files included in the orig.tar package, but I understand these kinds of hints will be be the case when not _repacking_ the orig-tar and only filtering when importing with gbp?
IMO, we don't need to add in a repack suffix here because that would be needless work, so adding a source readme should suffice
