Hi Nilesh,

no, you don't miss anything. You're right, I did not think of excluding
packages which are arch:any. Sorry about that.

I've now tried to query UDD for arch:all packages, but unfortunately,
it's not that easy. With the new query, there are still e.g. -doc
packages in the result list, which are arch:all, of course, but don't
need a rebuild.

I don't know how to solve this quickly. My recommendation would be to
just upload packages from the golang-* namespace and check first if they
build a -dev package with the .go source code files.

I've just updated the Wiki page (thanks Andrew!) to help prioritizing
the packages which most likely need a new upload.
