thanks for helping out. However, I think this list is too large.

From a quick look into two random packages (golang-bazil-fuse-dev and
golang-github-abbot-go-http-auth-dev), I didn't find any go.mod file,
because upstream does not include it. This is probably because those
packages are rather old and were created when go.mod was not the default
mode of operation in golang.

For this initial phase of uploads, I think it makes more sense to
re-upload packages with go.mod files in subdirectories, to get those
go.mod files included in the binary packages as well.

Packages without a go.mod file could be handled later.

Or am I missing something?
