Looks decent at first glance.  I haven't gone through the motions in
the INSTRUCTIONS.txt yet.  I'm moving from Nevada to Massachusetts
this weekend so a bit busy.  This should be very useful for anyone
desiring to quickly package a Haskell library according to Debian
Haskell Policy.
